Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30×) is specified in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per wager. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet during active bonus play may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at 777up's sole discretion.

All wagers placed on 777up are subject to the rules of the specific game or sports market in which they are placed, as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. The following general rules apply across the platform.
Once a wager has been settled by the platform — whether on a casino game outcome or a sports event result — the settlement is final, subject only to the dispute process described in Clause 12.

Where an odds error or manifest pricing mistake results in a wager being accepted at clearly incorrect odds (a "palpable error"), 777up reserves the right to void and/or re-settle the affected bet at the correct odds. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in the player's favour.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, 777up's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the stake directly involved in the relevant wager or transaction giving rise to the claim.
777up reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):
Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), 777up reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds and associated winnings pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request without cause, any verified real-money balance shall be returned subject to KYC and standard withdrawal processing.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed subject to completion of any pending withdrawal and KYC requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect any bonus terms previously agreed to.
